Zero Tolerance Policy - Play your part to end referee abuse

by Alvaro Garcia-Velez | Sep 01, 2016

The Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) has created a "Zero Tolerance Policy" to deter unacceptable verbal abuse or negative criticism of referees.

It is the responsibility of all, coaches, parents, relatives, and players to maintain the highest standards of conduct for themselves in all matches. Abusive and obscene language, violent conduct, fighting and other behavior detrimental to the game will not be tolerated.

All persons present at any Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club or Uihlein Soccer Park event shall support the referee and his/her decisions. Failure to do so will undermine the referee’s authority and has the potential of creating a hostile environment for the players, the referee, and all other participants and spectators.

Please take a minute to read the Zero Tolerance Policy. Your support is appreciated and thank you for setting a positive example by playing your part to respect our referees.
