Four New MKSC Board Members

We are happy to announce four new members to our Board of Directors.

They are:

Eric Andrews – An associate with Crivello Carlson, S.C., Andrews works in state, federal and administrative forums. A graduate of both the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (B.A. Political Science) and Marquette University (J.D.), he served as President of the Wisconsin Association of African-American Lawyers in the 2014-2015 calendar year and belongs to a number of professional organizations.

LaNelle Ramey
– An Area Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, Ramey provides energy, leadership, management and motivation for the organization. A graduate of Marquette University (B.A. Criminal Law Studies, M.A. Public Administration), he has a strong background in program design and implementation including assisting with the creation of Club Operation for Boys & Girls Clubs and the African American Leadership Program at Cardinal Stritch University.

Zeus Rodriguez
– As Co-Founder of Hispanics for School Choice (a nonprofit organization with offices in Milwaukee and Houston), Rodriguez’s focus is on supporting and empowering Hispanic families to achieve success through education. After serving in the United States Navy, he launched a career as a medical staffing consultant and business owner before transitioning to his role in education as President of St. Anthony School in Milwaukee - the largest primary Catholic School in the United States.

Jee Vang
– An Individual & Family Services Professional at the Hmong American Peace Academy, Vang who is fluent in Hmong and English provides teaching assistance, interpreting and in-house teaching substitution. A graduate of MATC (Medical Assistant diploma and Associates of Arts) and UW-Milwaukee (B.A. Social Work), he also utilizes his communication skills outside of his professional role as a volunteer soccer coach.

“As a Club, we welcome these new members whose service will provide valuable insight,” said Alvaro Garcia-Velez, Executive Director of the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club. “Like all strong organizations, knowledge, teamwork and evolution are imperative to a results-driven and effective board. These individuals bring these qualities as well as the experience and enthusiasm necessary to support the Club’s ‘Follow The Leader’ motto and ‘Players First’ mindset.”
