Current MKSC Employment Opportunities:

Uihlein Soccer Park Grounds & Maintenance Manager 
This is a full-time permanent staff position working with the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club (MKsc) and Uihlein Soccer Park (USP), providing expertise and commitment to the Grounds & Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape, maintenance, janitorial services, and building mechanical system maintenance. They will maintain high-quality outdoor and indoor sports fields and facilities by providing overall direction and supervision of assigned staff as well as actively participate in the planning and implementation of a master plan to meet the goals of the club's membership and facility patrons. The candidate must have a proven background in turf-grass management including irrigation systems, a demonstrated skillset to maintain building systems, supervisory capabilities, and possess a current driver's license. In addition to a competitive salary, this full-time position offers employee benefits which include medical/dental insurance, 401 (K) retirement plan, paid vacations, holidays, and sick leave.

Manager on Duty (Uihlein Soccer Park) 
This is a part time position highly focused on customer service. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, self-motivated, friendly, punctual, hard-working and have great communication skills. Regularly scheduled hours will be weekday evenings and weekends year round.

Manager on Duty personnel provide support for Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club full time staff and are responsible for front desk customer service, answering phones, data entry, cash handling, simple maintenance tasks and other duties as assigned.

MiKro Soccer Program Coaches
If you like sports and kids, we have a perfect coaching position for you!

We are looking for reliable, energetic, enthusiastic, patient and motivated individuals 16 and older to teach 3-6 year-olds the game of soccer through fun activities in our Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter programming sessions.  

As a MiKro coach, you’ll lead and assist kids in hour-long soccer clinics in a number of locations across MKSC’s 12 regions like Muskego, Franklin, Shorewood and Wauwatosa.

Food and Beverage Team Member
This is a part time position. Crew members will help run Uihlein Soccer Park's concession stand during games, tournaments, and events. Must be hard working, self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to provide excellent customer service. Preferred applicants will be 16 years of age or older, are able to work nights, weekends, and have their own transportation.

Duties include (but aren’t limited to) cashiering, cooking, bartending, cleaning, and other hospitality tasks to help keep Uihlein a prime sports destination.  Interested applicants can contact Tyler Howard at TylerH@Mksc.org.

Mikro soccer is for players ages 3-6 in the Milwaukee area. As a Youth Soccer Coordinator you will help provide young soccer players with a safe, fun, learning environment. You will be responsible for overseeing various Mikro program locations, develop course curriculum, and in charge of hiring, training and evaluating program instructors.
 
Qualifications:
-Must be 18 years of age or older.
-Demonstrated background in youth development.
-Demonstrated understanding of multi-sport programming including class organization.
-Demonstrates personal commitment to professional growth and development.
