Level 8 Clinic This is an entry-level training course. The class will provide classroom and field training for referees in youth games at the recreational and competitive youth levels. Level 9 Clinic This is an entry-level training course for the "recreational referee." The clinic will provide classroom and field training for referees of recreational youth games at the U14 level and below. Level 9 to Level 8 Clinic Held specifically for referees who currently hold a Level 9 license and wish to upgrade to Level 8. Referee Recertification Clinic (for Levels 8 & 9) Successful completion of a Referee Recertification Clinic will allow you to re-register as a referee with the USSF and receive your USSF patch.
