Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club

On Saturday, August 20, the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club will host the third annual Wisconsin Classic, a soccer "friendly" for U10 Academy and U11-U14 select boys and girls teams at Uihlein Soccer Park.

This non-sanctioned event is a NON-COMPETITIVE pre-season opportunity for select players and coaches to practice against other teams in game-like conditions. There is a three-game guarantee.

COACHES - for under $10 per player, the Wisconsin Classic provides an opportunity to test formations and strategies, try players in different positions, and have fund with your team without worrying about a win or a loss.

Use this as a learning opportunity for your kids, if you see something on the field, stop the game and teach!

New for 2011 - U10 Academy teams will be accepted. A special rate of $100 is available for U10 Academy and U11 teams.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: August 11, 2011

WYSA Director of Coaching, Jim Launder, will be onsite at the Wisconsin Classic to perform a free team functional training clinic.

Functional training is designed to enhance specific performance actions which players are more likely to use in specific areas of the field, while carrying out specific team designated roles.
